 Refund & No-Show Policy

  • Online Courses: All online course purchases are 100% non-refundable. Please double-check your selection before purchasing. If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, contact us immediately at info@epftc.com to review your case for a manual transfer or resolution.
  • In-Person & Range Courses: No refunds or reschedules will be granted for “No-Calls / No-Shows” on the day of the course. If you miss your class without prior 24-hour notice, your registration fee ise forfeited.
 

  In-Person Attendance & Lateness Policy

  • All in-person courses begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Because our curriculums are strictly timed to meet Texas state guidelines, we cannot allow late entries to disrupt the class.

    • Any student running more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to the classroom.
    • Late students will be permitted to reschedule their course one time to a future date.

  Range Qualification Scheduling Note:

  • For the License to Carry (LTC) and Level 3 Security courses, your live-fire shooting qualification is scheduled separately with a representative by emailing info@epftc.com.

    Please Note: The shooting qualification fee for the License to Carry course is charged separately from the classroom portion.

  Rescheduling & Emergencies

  • We understand that life happens. We offer a one-time course date reschedule at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class time.

    • Note: Reschedule requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to forfeiture of the course fee.
